• Manage leads and ensure an accurate database is updated and maintained in addition to managing existing customer relationships to ensure continuous business sustainability.
• Research & Approach new potential tenants
• Develop and implement effective short and long-term leasing plans and targets and apply cost-effective initiatives to ensure high occupancy rates are achieved and set business goals are met
• Ensure the smooth and effective running of the operations by; generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects and renewing second generation leases, lease documentation (insurance, municipality and legal documents), and complete move-in paperwork and procedures
• Optimize the GLA by creating new leasable areas
• Ensure Coordination between tenants & departments as needed:
Legal (contracts and necessary documents)
Accounting
Operations (CAR, PAR, Fire Maintenance Contracts, Municipality etc...)
Marketing (Events, games, CSR etc...)
• Ensure all accounts receivables activities are fully settled and consolidated including current and past due accounts
• Gather and compile current market and economic information in order to prepare competitive market analyses/trends reporting as necessary.
• Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate the team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company

Ensure a high occupancy rate within one year in all 3 malls: LeMall Dbayeh, Sin el fil & Saida, also ensuring new brands to the Lebanese market and the malls

Diversify the stands mix with new brands
Enrich the retail & F&B mix with new brands
Create new destinations: Retail concept, Entertainment concepts, F&B concepts etc…
